HOW SOON CAN AN AUCTION TAKE PLACE?
Auctions are typically scheduled 6-8 weeks in advance, although there is flexibility. This provides time for advertising and marketing. In some cases, an auction can be conducted sooner if desired.
WHO PAYS YOUR COMMISSION?
For real estate, the buyer pays our fee. We charge no commission to sell real estate at auction. For personal property, our fee is offset by your results.
HOW CAN AN AUCTION SAVE MONEY?
An auction can be completed quickly. This will help reduce all related expenses for upkeep, taxes, insurance, and mortgage payments, among others. This directly benefits the bottom line.
WHAT IF THE PROPERTY IS LISTED WITH AN AGENT?
We’re happy to work with your agent to convert it to an auction. Your agent can remain active and involved, and receive a commission. In fact, it is the best of both worlds.
WHAT IF A PROPERTY NEEDS UPDATES OR REPAIRS?
Property is sold at auction “as-is.” In some instances, we may advise if repairs would enhance results, but they are not required.
